Set in unspoilt surroundings, our brand-new split-level cottage — with bedroom and bathroom upstairs, opened this year and designed to welcome 2 guests — invites you to savour the calm, the privacy and the gentle Caribbean way of life. The accommodation has its own small private infinity pool, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook comfortably day to day, a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, private parking and a terrace opening onto a magnificent sea view, perfect for making the most of the enchanting setting.
The bedroom features 2 queen-size beds with new bedding, enhanced by elegant rectangular mosquito nets that fit the beds perfectly, for nights of complete comfort and serenity. It also has brand-new, exceptionally quiet air conditioning, a TV, and its own tastefully decorated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet for added comfort. ✨
Solar panels for self-consumption, a backup water tank in case of supply cuts, and a rainwater harvesting tank feeding the outdoor taps all contribute to an environmentally responsible approach.
