Yes. The Lodge Coco has a private plunge pool with sun loungers, while each duplex (Flamboyant and Papaye) has its own small infinity pool.

 

 

The first breakfast of your stay is complimentary and already provided in your accommodation upon arrival: jams, yogurts, fruit, fruit juice, and sliced bread (Lodge Coco) or pastries (Duplex). A welcome planter's punch is also offered.

 

 

Children are welcome from the age of 12, in order to preserve the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the property.

 

 

A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €60 applies to every booking, in addition to the nightly rate.

 

 

Yes, bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. For stays of 10 nights or more, a change of linen can be arranged.

 

 

Yes, each accommodation has free wifi access, as well as a television.

 

 

A washing machine, an outdoor drying rack, an iron and an ironing board are available in each gîte.

 

 

Yes: a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, crockery and kitchen utensils, a classic coffee maker and espresso machine, kettle and toaster are provided in each accommodation.

 

 

Yes, each accommodation has its own private parking space.

 

 

On request, folding beach chairs as well as fins, masks and snorkels can be lent free of charge.

 

Malendure Beach and the famous Cousteau Reserve, renowned for diving and snorkeling, are about 7 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and a petrol station are about 5 minutes away.

 

 

Guadeloupe Maryse Condé Airport is about 50 minutes from the gîtes.

 

 

  • Lodge Coco: €150/night in high season (1 December to 15 May), €110/night in low season (16 May to 30 November).
  • Duplex Flamboyant and Duplex Papaye: €130/night in high season, €90/night in low season.

Yes, a deposit of €300 is required for each accommodation.

 

 

No, the tourist tax is always charged separately. It is currently €1.50 per night per adult, and paid in full to the town of Bouillante.
